BBS of America, the Official Wheel of the Champ Car World Series, will reward the driver that has gained the most positions from his qualifying position at each race over the course of the season with the BBS Hard Charger Award. The current standings are as follows:

All drivers competing in the 2007 Champ Car World Series events

The driver who increases his/her finishing position the most from his/her qualifying
position receives points equal to the number of positions gained at the end of the race.
The points accumulate throughout the season to determine a winner.

BBS will award $10 000 and a unique glass table made from a BBS wheel, at the season
ending banquet, to the driver who accumulates the most points throughout the season.

Race: The driver with the highest starting position in that race
Year-end award: The driver with the highest starting position(s) for the season
